2. Executive director and coach will be Monica Runningwolf. Monica will direct all operations of Team Apex Running and Walking Club, Inc.
3. Sponsorship will be cleared by the board and executive director before a sponsor is accepted.
4. Board will meet at least once per month.
5. Minutes will be posted on the Boise Apex Running and Walking Club website.
6. Athletes of Team Apex will be able to present concerns and ideas to the board. The board will schedule meetings at least two weeks prior to each meeting and will make the meeting date public knowledge so that any concerns may be addressed.
7. Emergency meetings may be called by the board.
